About Seth Crawley
I am proud to have progressed my career at Lubrizol from an initial individual contributor role in R&D to now successfully managing a diverse and global team of technical experts. I have a passion for helping our customers solve their most challenging technical problems. Throughout my career I have enjoyed interacting and collaborating with a variety of people with different backgrounds and experiences including engineers, sales / business / marketing managers, R&D, testing, product safety, legal, and our manufacturing teams. I have appreciated the opportunity to work with a variety of people that have different viewpoints because this can often help to solve problems more efficiently. Outside of work, I have been happily married to my wife for seventeen years and I am a proud father to two boys. We are all active in a variety of sports. I enjoy coaching their football and basketball teams, as well as taking them golfing, downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and scuba diving. My family are all avid travelers and we appreciate the joy in finding new places with new foods to try.
