   Lead a team responsible for the development and execution of physical medicine and musculoskeletal surgery provider analytics tools designed to drive improved clinical quality and cost efficiency. Manage a team of five provider relations managers. Provide educational opportunities, manage issues, and enhance working partnerships with the providers and eighteen commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Exchange health plans. Develop, maintain, distribute, and present provider education materials, training videos, and presentations to improve provider understanding of the authorization process. Provided insight to help optimize the provider’s experience with Evolent’s website, RadMD.com. Active participant in conference calls with the company’s administration, other internal departments, health plans, and professional organizations. Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports tracking and trending provider issues and concerns to improve the provider experience, develop more impactful training strategies, and update upper management. Perform site visits for high volume and/or sensitive providers.
