Lead and control the production and deliverables of Dow Chemical\'s Buildings Group Structural Designer team, including the India office. Develop high-detail structural models in Revit (LOD 500), ensuring precision and alignment with construction standards. 3D design foundations, steel-framed buildings, concrete structures, masonry structures, precast wall panels, and blast-resistant facilities in Revit for new and renovation/retrofit projects. Serve as a focal point of contact for BIM-related topics, supporting internal teams and client engagements. Work closely with other disciplines and project teams to clarify the scope of work and ensure successful project closeout. Facilitate coordination between internal and external team through effective model transfers across platforms for clash detection and resolution within project timelines. Create and maintain Revit families and templates in accordance with Dow guidelines. Participate in meetings and collaborated with structural engineers and project managers to resource and staff projects effectively. Review submittals, shop drawings and verified model accuracy through on-site inspections and point cloud data integration.
