Description: Fix API has various process flow journeys defined for various range of products (BB, MGW, PSTN etc.) that supports the T2R diagnostics journeys. This also supports the Create/Amend/Cancel of the Appointments for the faults created during the T2R orchestration. This does make calls to PIM to get the customer assets to start the T2R experienceResponsibilities:• Analysis of Requirements/designing, discussed with designer if any queries in design and functionality and then estimation Jira tasks.• Implemented SupplierTicketManagment, TroubleTicketManagement, Identity API Integration for Fix API of consumers. • Working closely with designer and onsite coordinators to find better way of implementations.• Developing Microservices are used by spring Boot and making Feign Client/FREST API calls and enhancements.• Coordinate Review meetings, discussions and Status calls on support and fixing e2e/stage/live issues within SLA.
