ABOUT MARK SERWINOWSKI

Mark D Serwinowski is an accomplished IT visionary. Over his career, he focused on business process improvement, IT transformation and IT M&A due diligence. Through partnerships with C-suite executives, Mr. Serwinowski uses his skill at grasping business objectives to develop supporting IT strategies. Mr. Serwinowski is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge, a leading global investor in digital infrastructure Previously, he served as CIO and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s information technology. In addition, he supported investor relations and M&A initiatives while providing strategic and tactical IT guidance to DigitalBridge portfolio companies. Further, he provided architectural leadership for a best-in-class SaaS system for managing digital infrastructure sites and leases. Before Digital Colony, Mr. Serwinowski was VP IT at Global Tower Partners, the largest privately-owned tower company in the US at the time of its sale to American Tower in 2013 for $4.8B. He served as CTO at Blue Frog Solutions, a leading provider of insurance industry software for secure transaction processing. Prior, he was CIO for Woolbright Development, where he led the team that won the 2005 South Florida Business Journal Award for Best Technology Application. Earlier, Mr. Serwinowski led the IT department at Extended Stay America. He served in senior positions at United Technology\'s Pratt & Whitney subsidiary where he was recognized for outstanding contribution to the F-22/F119 military engine program. Mr. Serwinowski earned his Master’s in Engineering from USF and Bachelor\'s in Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He completed post-graduate work at the University of Florida and executive education at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
