Hello everyone! If you haven\'t heard, I\'m now in Real Estate! A new profession for me, but one I am well-quipped to handle with precision, perseverance, and grace. I\'ve been a Real Estate Broker licensed in Illinois since Fall 2020, and now near-full-time in Real Estate beginning June 2022! As an active member of the National, Illinois state, NorthWest Illinois, and Mainstreet Associations of REALTORS®, I have access to great teams, tools, and insights to the market to help anyone with Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate transactions, and farmland, too, in time. And, with a great Berkshire Hathaway team behind me and a rich history in research, marketing, project management, business planning, and social services, I\'m comfortable in the role and equipped for the toughest transactions, with needed negotiation skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and an attitude that says \"Let\'s get this done, whatever it takes to do it right and well.\" I am grateful to be equipped as a member of our local Multiple Listing Services (NW IL MLS and MRED MLS) as well as the Central Midwest Commercial Property Exchange (CMCPEX).
