For more than a decade, I’ve led teams and partnerships that bridge strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution. I’ve served as COO, guided six acquisitions, helped build a culture recognized as a Top Place to Work three years running, and supported growth strong enough to reach the Rule of 40. Those experiences taught me that scale doesn’t come from complexity, it comes from clarity, focus, and collaboration. Today, I serve as Senior Strategic Partnerships Director at ServiceTrade, a SaaS company transforming field-service management for commercial mechanical and fire-life-safety contractors. In this role, I lead the development of our partner ecosystem, building strategic alliances with ERP platforms, industry associations, and technology providers that expand our market reach, accelerate pipeline, and deliver measurable impact for contractors nationwide. Whether it’s creating go-to-market alignment, developing a scalable partner strategy, or helping a leadership team execute on its biggest goals, my passion is the same: turning potential into performance.
