As the senior-most engineer officer on the ship, I am responsible for providing overall leadership and guidance to the Engine department. My ultimate responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all engineering equipment throughout the entire ship, while also supervising all other engineering officers and engine ratings within the department.
