ABOUT SERRA NEMELKA

Serra Lakomski completed her Masters in Real Estate Development at the University of Utah in 2020. She currently works as a Development Associate with Rockworth Companies, in Holladay, Utah. Serra helps to over see over 12 current developments. Serra also holds her real estate license with Rockworth Management. Previously she was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sugar House, where she received the 2016 Coldwell Banker Platinum Society Award, and the 2017 Coldwell Banker Leadership Society Award. Serra sits on the board for NAIOP Utah as the Student liaison and Emerging Leaders chair. Serra studied abroad at the University of Auckland then returned back to Utah to received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah. Born and raised in Utah Serra loves to travel and be outdoors. She hopes to set foot on every continent one day, only one left! Serra has done volunteer work at orphanages in Costa Rica and India but currently volunteers at the Food Bank. A former ski racer for Rowmark Ski Academy, Serra enjoys spending time in our beautiful Utah mountains. Serra was a Delta Gamma at Chapman University as well as the University of Utah which prompted her to get involved with Service for Sight. She is the current Vice President of Finance for Delta Gamma Alumnae here in Utah, and incoming Alumnae President. Serra loves spending time with her family and friends and two French bulldogs Angus and Yeti.
