I am an experienced leader with domain expertise in nonprofit programs and youth/workforce development. Over the past 18 years, I have focused on transforming organizations by identifying what decisions influence desired outcomes and by leading change management journeys that transform organizations to be more outcomes oriented. I take a holistic approach to transformation focused on people, processes and systems with a rigorous emphasis on data and analytics.After starting my career in hybrid IT/Finance roles at Columbia University, I spent the last 11 years managing systems and processes for the Adolescence Division at the Children’s Aid Society. In 2018, I decided to pivot and started my own consulting company focused on helping organizations implementing systems and processes. This work has involved advisory services to C-Suite executives, business process analysis, and implementation support with cloud-based platforms, mainly Salesforce. My leadership experience includes over 18 years of technical training and presenting on projects within universities, conferences, and board meetings. I am skilled at managing and training technical and non-technical staff. I have led teams on complex projects that improved overall service and outcomes for organizations.In the fall of 2019, I started SMS Consulting LLC. We work with clients in Healthcare, Financial Services, Higher Ed, Manufacturing, and Non Profits to achieve successful implementations using Salesforce. We also provide support across a wide range other SaaS and cloud based technologies.
