Facilitate year-long CPP focused on technical and soft skills with a cohort of 35 students in preparation for intern or job placement. Outreach at local high schools and community events as well as network with teachers and counselors to identify Career Pathways Program applicants. Lead major program event planning, such as career fairs, mock interviews, professional mixers, parent orientations, program culminations, trainings, and others. Facilitate placements in summer internship and employment opportunities. Record and report data regarding CPP student attendance, progress, and outcomes to comply with and deliver on Best Buy Social Impact Grant guideline and goals.Maintain national partnerships with The Clubhouse Network and Best Buy Teen TechCenters.
