ABOUT SERINEH TERZYAN

I defend and counsel businesses on a broad range of complex state and federal labor and employment matters. My practice includes representing employers in claims involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes (including class actions and PAGA), workplace investigations, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, employee benefits, and unemployment claims. I also provide counsel on investigations conducted by the EEOC, Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), and California Civil Rights Department (CRD). I work with clients across diverse industries, including healthcare, fashion, retail, technology, and hospitality. In addition to litigation and counseling, I advocate for employers in statewide legislative matters, including direct lobbying efforts.
