As the Director, Revenue Cycle Innovation at Baton Rouge General, I work to improve the financial patient experience at our organization and the productivity of our Revenue Cycle Departments. Both of these goals are achieved through the implementation of new technologies and improvement of internal processes. As a part of these objectives, I am responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships for the Revenue Cycle team.
