I am an ISEB Practitioner level qualified delivery focused and versatile Test Manager with 20 years experience in the Full Testing Life Cycle, Quality Assurance/Governance and Process Improvement. I have successfully managed testing on a number of large scale complex and business critical integration/migration/transformation programmes as well as on a number of smaller concurrent projects in a cross-section of industries. I have managed both IT and Business Testing and have an extensive knowledge of all Functional Test phases including System, System Integration, UAT, End to End, Regression and also Non-Functional and OAT phases. I have strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills and have experience in managing 3rd party suppliers and testing partners onshore and offshore.
