I am an energetic, accomplished finance executive who is passionate about managing FP & A, P & Ls and creating operational efficiency through solid business processes and strategies leading to long-term success.My favorite projects bring together all aspects of business planning and strategy and the interplay between large, structural changes and small, incremental process changes. I believe that by planning and watching how business units and processes interact, you can ultimately devise a more efficient, more successful business. Some career highlights: led the Corporate Special Projects and Financial Controls department for Vivendi/Universal in North & South America working on a wide range of special projects including pre and post deal reviews, due diligences, process re-organizations for all of Vivendi’s business units, from the Universal Music Group, to leading video game developers, to massive telco operators; played a fundamental role as Finance Director, Europe in the organization and adaptation of the Blizzard Europe finance department, and controlled commercial development activities during Blizzard Europe’s period of exponential growth (going from 120 employs in 2005 to 2,200 employees in 2007); worked on the lead team to conduct vendor due diligence for wholly owned Brazilian telco GVT with a $2.2B turnover and $970M Ebidta; conduct deal reviews and post-deal analysis for music and Film & TV deals, P & Ds and joint ventures with values up to $100M.In addition to my deep financial expertise, I am bilingual Italian and French. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese with a working professional proficiency.
