Successfully reducing core program spending by 20% and redirected funds towards previously unfunded security transformations. • Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement: I introduced forward planning into our security program, establishing 1, 2, and 3-year goals, along with KPI and dashboards to measure success. • Funding Advocacy: Actively engage with SVP and CTIO level stakeholders to discuss funding opportunities and explore alternative funding models for security initiatives. • Mentorship and Development: I participate in the Bell Reskill and Bell mentorship programs providing participants with a foundation in IT security while supporting their professional growth and development.
