D&T Retail & Logistics As part of Team Phoenix we have accomplished to create a web app from scratch to forecast Sainsbury\'s bakery sales. This helped bakers to be more accurate in their production values and also to optimised the ingredients usage. Over the following year the app created a value of 4Million £ (in resources/waste savings and increased sales due to more availability of products). Currently expanding it\'s functionality.
