Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation from inception to conclusion;• Execute factual and legal cite checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Assist attorneys during mediations and meetings with the DOJ, AUSA, and FBI on False Claim Act cases.• Conduct witness interviews; organize and supervise document production for discovery requests. • Conduct client intake in Spanish, English, and French for different practice groups.• Draft and implement discovery plans, factual statements for motions, settlement briefs, and declarations;• Respond to subpoenas from different law enforcement agencies;• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, SFC, and motions; Prepare witness and trial exhibit lists;• Caseload management through utilization of iManage, Salesforce, Relativity, PACER, Everlaw, and other relevant tools such as SEC/EDGAR, Westlaw, Lexis, etc.• Work on environmental damage matters such as train derailment, oil spills, and water contamination.• Collaborate closely with governmental agencies such as EPA and HSI.• Travel out of state to assist with case settlements and discovery production.• Support attorneys in handling complex multi-district mass tort and class action cases, as well as corporate governance and privacy cases.
