Reporting to the CEO of American Express Italia (AEI) the role is focused on the overall Governance Framework and in particular is responsible for ensuring that effective Corporate Governance arrangements are in place and supporting the CEO, Board of Directors and Legal Representatives of Amex Italian Legal Entities in developing the overall Governance Framework management. The role is also tasked with optimizing and implementing quality and effective internal processes and procedures while ensuring effective Information Flows management toward the Board of Directors and across Organization, Bodies and Auditors. Providing regular update to CEO and Legal Representatives and carry out any other appropriate duties and responsibilities assigned by the Senior Leadership Team, Board or delegated by the Governance Committees. The role is added with additional responsibilities such as Internal Referent for 231 (ex. D.Lgs. 231/2001), Secretary of Supervisory Body (OdV) for all Italian Legal entities and Secretary of AEI’s Risk Committee.
