ABOUT SERGIO BOSO

I am focused on two areas: privacy assessment and implementation and load testing for web application and I have a long history of successful design of IT infrastructures, using a mix of products and services to approach and solve the specific problem. In the privacy area, I develop gap analysis about new GDPR rulement and then I work on closing the gap, discussing next steps. This may involve cooperation with legal and personnel experts, working on technology, products and processes.In the web load testing area, I work with the customers assess the service level, and to test and verify the performances they are expecting from their application.Both these activities require a thorough understanding of the customer environment, its capabilities and its will, and it also requires strong communications skills to discuss the different solutions/ options, their pro\'s and con\'s, either with the customers and with IT providers.However, I never forget that technology is not a value in its self, but instead, it is just a way to solve problems and to bring value (e.g. increase revenue or save costs) to the customer.I would say that this is my focus: translating technology in value to the customer.Specialties: Web load testing, Automated testing, Privacy and GDPRProject management.Cloud computing, ICT Infrastructure,
