Oversee the division’s stationary source program activities including Title V, minor source construction, and oil and gas permitting; dispersion modeling, emissions reduction credits and indoor environment.• Maintain a progressive, transparent and robust permitting framework to regulate air pollutants from stationary sources in Colorado.• Ensure timely action, evaluate impacts, propose shifts in air pollution policy and process improvements when needed to achieve statutory mandates and strategic priorities. • Provide expertise and advice on complex issues and subjects of statewide significance.• Assist the Division Director in managing and leading the division’s efforts in developing Colorado’s air quality program. • Manage and lead division staff across programs in connection with the development and assessment of new air quality programs and the modification of existing programs to most efficiently and effectively achieve strategic air quality goals. • Review, improve, and align program’s data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making. • Monitor and report on progress of Colorado’s air quality program on achieving established air quality objectives. • Support oversight and management of legal services provided to the division by the Attorney General’s Office.• Develop work plans, make assignments, provide guidance, provide clear expectations, support, conduct performance management, and ensure personnel are successful in accomplishing their duties. • Communicate division activities with staff, leadership and other department partners.• Ensure leadership is timely informed of key events, federal, state and local regulatory and policy efforts.• Represent the division, and department in federal, state, local and community efforts including workgroups, coalitions, and standing committees. • Liaise with, develop work products for, and represent the department at independent boards and commissions.
