Thirty plus years of experience with high-volume manufacturer. Strong technical and business qualifications with a proven record of more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Strategic planning, Project and Operations Management, Product development, process development and improvements, implementation of Continuous Improvement methodologies (such as Lean Sigma, Six Sigma, Kaizen and TPM). Experience includes complex problem solving and team building, taking products from concept to industrial production including process and product design, engineering standards development and procedures. Project management experience includes implementation of several plant expansion and Transformation projects, start up, commissioning and production stabilization. Recent experience includes the concept definition, design, lay out definition, technology selection and acquisition of the equipment, implementation and management of the expansion project to commissioning at a fraction of the cost of similar projects. Proven record of Manufacturing operations turn-around to reduce cost, increase capacity and improve competitiveness.
