As part of the Data Management & Architecture department at Jakala, I have been working as a Senior Associate supporting Vodafone Italy in its transition to a new customer and billing platform, NEXT. My primary focus has been assisting Vodafone’s Big Data teams in migrating and evolving the features used in their churn prediction machine learning models.This involved working closely with data scientists to ensure a smooth migration from legacy systems while improving data quality and feature engineering. I contributed to the development of scalable data pipelines using Google BigQuery, Apache Airflow, and PySpark.Additionally, I obtained the Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification, further strengthening my expertise in cloud-based data solutions.
