Hire, onboard, and mentor 10+ first engineers for our first team in Costa Rica. • Assignment to build the Integration Engineering Services organization in San Diego, California. Hire, onboard, and mentor the first engineers for our first team in San Diego, CA.• Responsible for the recruitment, development, and mentoring of the engineering teams who design, develop, and deploy custom solutions for (NI) National Instruments\' largest and most strategic accounts.
