Every challenge can be overcome with the right approach. I tackle all problems with interest, an open mind, and the patience to uncover the root cause. With over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, I have successfully navigated a variety of challenges, such as enhancing clients\' well productivity and introducing technological innovations to the energy market. Throughout my journey, I\'ve learned two key lessons:1) Hands-on experience is invaluable. While theoretical learning is beneficial, practical experience is even more valuable. I have a passionate curiosity for new approaches to different challenges, whether through academic concepts or hands-on practice. Learning by doing has not only taught me the relevant concepts but also instilled patience, confidence, and composure. Deploying new technology in the field, often without prior classroom instruction, has required me to rely on my own knowledge and instincts. In such scenarios, where untested technology meets real-world conditions, there is no one to turn to when issues arise. You must trust yourself to figure out the next steps.2) Mentoring is essential for building successful teams. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development of strong, effective teams by both learning from my colleagues and sharing my own knowledge. Serving as both a mentee and a mentor has kept my mind open, enhanced my problem-solving abilities, and fueled my desire for continuous learning.
