As the Chief Investment Officer of Participant Capital and the Chief Financial Officer of Royal Palm Companies, I have brought close to 20 years of experience in real estate including acquisition, development, management, repositioning of more than units across the United States, and purchasing $63 million in tax lien certificates for the state of Florida. I joined Royal Palm Companies (RPC) in 2011 and oversaw all operations in the repositioning of more than 800 non-performing mortgages and 1,500 single-family rentals across the South-East of the United States. More recently, I have been responsible for the financial oversight of Participant Capital, an affiliate of RPC, and its ground-up development projects approximating $1B.
