Oltre trenta anni di attività all’interno di primaria Compagnia assicurativa, dopo la laurea in Ingegneria Civile e l’esperienza diretta di direzione cantieri in Italia ed all’estero. Con ruoli di crescente responsabilità ho seguito importanti progetti di riorganizzazione delle strutture a seguito di acquisizioni, integrazione delle reti peritali ed innovazione dei processi liquidativi, soprattutto in ambito Property, sviluppando nel corso degli anni anche doti di comunicazione, negoziazione e leadership. Responsabile di Commissioni Tecniche ANIA e CEA in tema di Rischi Tecnologici/Catastrofi Naturali e relatore negli anni in numerosi convegni tematici. Membro del Comitato Esecutivo e docente ai Master CINEAS, ho coordinato il GdL che ha presentato nel marzo 2023 a Montecitorio il White Paper con le proposte del Consorzio sull’Assicurazione delle calamità naturali. Credo molto nella professionalità e nella specializzazione ed ho quindi fondato, insieme a due soci, la CEC srl - Civil Engineering Consulting - una start up verticale ed innovativa che si occupa di Risk Assessment e Loss Adjustment esclusivamente nel settore delle grandi infrastrutture civili e delle catastrofi naturali Over thirty years experience working for a top insurance company after a degree in civil engineering and with on site experience of directing construction works both in Italy and abroad. With ever increasing responsibility I have followed important reorganisation projects as a result of acquisitions, integration of technical expert networks, innovation of liquidation processes especially in the Property sector, all of which has honed my communication, negotiation and leadership skills. In charge of the Technical Commission for ANIA and CEA as regards Technological Risk and Natural Disasters and speaker at numerous related conventions. Member of the Executive Committee and Mastes’ professor at CINEAS, I coordinated the team which, in 2023, presented to the government a White Paper with the proposals for the insurance of natural calamities. I strongly believe in professionalism and specialisation and have, along with two partners, founded CEC srl - Civil Engineering Consulting - an innovative, vertical start up company dealing in Risk Assessment and Loss Adjustment in the sector of big infrastructure and natural catastrophe
