Responsible for IT Applications Support for Western Europe & Africa, reporting to the Regional IT Director. Activities: users support according to ITIL methodology, application maintenance follow-up, project management. Applications: SAP ECC 6.0 (SD, MM, FI, HR, PP, PM, Concur), an offer system on Microsoft 365 Dynamics and others. Geographical scope: Western Europe, Africa, Russia, Kazakhstan (till 2019), and part of Romania, Middle East and Asia. Since 2018, thanks to the good performance in terms of local resolution rate and costs, the scope was extended to part of Argentina and Uruguay. Team: 7 people based in Italy and Romania. Main projects in this period- Roll-out of applications for mobile devices in warehouses in Italy, Denmark, Egypt and Ghana - Roll-out of a transportation planning application integrated with SAP - Extension of the corporate offer management system to 2 business units - Implementation of B2B electronic invoicing in 2 Italian companies
