In my role as Brand Ambassador for Culture & Heritage and Training Manager responsible for Outlet training, I work alongside my team to create and implement training programs for the sales teams. I manage the training, tailoring it to the specific needs of regional markets, ensuring that every team member has a deep knowledge of the product, the brand values, and advanced sales techniques. I monitor the effectiveness of the training, providing personalized and emotional coaching to ensure excellent performance and a flawless customer experience. I have also gained particular expertise in the luxury watch and jewelry categories.As a Brand Ambassador and storyteller, I work closely with all company divisions to spread the brand\'s image and history, using my storytelling skills, creativity, and extensive knowledge of art and fashion history, acquired during my studies and previous professional experiences. I am also responsible, in this role, for creating digital materials to promote the brand\'s identity, starting with global training and collaborating with the communication and social media departments. To improve customer loyalty and ensure a unique experience at all levels, I collaborate with the various divisions of the brand. Through my work, I contribute to highlighting the importance of reinterpreting tradition and creating a powerful emotional connection between the past and the present.
