In the IT area, I have worked for a big enterprise, I have ran a self-owned business and I have worked for a leading tech company, so I have acquired all the points of view of the different actors involved in the IT (the customer, the business partner, the technology provider). The same applies to the roles I have covered: from the deep technical to the sales, including managing people and projects, and analyzing processes and organizations. These work experiences and my personal attitude to go deep and to learn in a short time from the work environment I am involved in, give me the understanding on how to align the IT strategy (and the consequent technology solutions) to the business needs. The best role for me would be that one where I can express my cross-functional skills.
