As a manager, I fix things by streamlining processes and empowering teams. As a psychologist, I address underlying dynamics to foster sustainable change. As a prison education specialist, I focus on unlocking potential through learning. My 15 years leading diverse teams globally, combined with my business and leadership education, equips me to diagnose challenges holistically and build solutions that are both effective and human-centered. I am an experienced education practitioner and transformational change leader with a consistent track record across various industries and markets. My expertise lies in creating clarity, setting directions, building capabilities, and delivering results. I specialise in teaching business studies to incarcerated learners of all ages, with significant teaching experience at prestigious institutions including Milton Keynes College at HMP Aylesbury, G4S at STC Oakhill, and PeoplePlus at HMP Littlehey. Academically, I graduated as the Top Student in BSc (Hons) Business and Hospitality Management from Anglia Ruskin University London and hold a PGCert in Educational Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing at Wolverhampton University, focusing on the intersection of education and psychological well-being. My professional journey is driven by a passion for educational program design, mental health advocacy, and leadership in education. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of incarcerated learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed for successful reintegration into society.
