About Sergio Ayala
I started my career as a Recruiter entirely by accident. Wide eyed and eager to please, I accepted the first role that I thought would have me on my way and finally get my independence. I quickly discovered that I cared way too much. I took on too many tasks that I wasn\'t prepared to handle all because I really wanted to prove my worth. It took a few hard lessons and a number of failures, but I eventually shed my desire to give more than I had. I used to think responsibility meant putting on a front while you load yourself up with everyone\'s burdens. Now I realize that if you aren\'t responsible for yourself, you rob everyone else of the incredible value you provide. In short, I\'m someone who\'ll never give you treatment I wouldn\'t give to myself. I care way too much not to give us both what I\'ve got.
