I am a partner in the Corporate and Banking department based in our Milan office. I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, with a particular expertise on cross-border transactions. I advise Italian, multinational companies and banks on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, consolidations, and other corporate finance transactions. Over the past years, I have also been involved in a number of debt restructuring transactions - advising both pools of banks and borrowers.
