Key Responsibilities:• HR Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, aligned with corporate goals, to support a diverse portfolio of manufacturing operations, including four factories in the UK and South Africa.• Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, payroll, performance management and employee engagement.• Change Management & Restructuring: Drive and manage organizational change initiatives, including restructuring efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while maintaining employee morale and minimizing disruption.• Performance & Talent Management: Develop and execute performance appraisal systems, identifying high performers for career development opportunities and providing coaching to underperforming employees to improve productivity and engagement.• HR Metrics & Reporting: Regularly analyse and report on key HR metrics (e.g, turnover, productivity, attendance) to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize workforce planning and improve plant operations.• SAP HR and SuccessFactors (SF) Key User: Key user for SAP HR and SuccessFactors, managing structure and training modules.• HR Payroll Management: Oversaw SAP HR payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Cultural Change & Employee Engagement: Lead global cultural change initiatives and employee engagement surveys (Pulse, Great Place to Work), ensuring alignment with REHAU\'s organizational values and driving a high-performance culture.• Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for the senior management and external stakeholders regarding HR-related matters, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.Factory Oversight:Blaenau-Ffestiniog (UK): 250 employees.Runcorn (UK): 38 employees.Hounslow (UK): 10 employees.Johannesburg (RSA)100 employees.
