Warm call and cold call leads within a talent network to market the University of Utah Health Care openings. Build a talent network through proactive networking utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, virtual job fairs, and networking in the community. Assist with the scheduling and coordination of interviews, job offers, and On-boarding. Participate in scope discussion with hiring managers, leaders, and provides recommendations on alternative sourcing channels.
