Working on a distributed cache system used by the cloud build infrastructure in 1ES org. My main focus is the performance and reliability of the entire CloudBuild. I\'ve made numerous performance improvements to increase the throughput of the key components up to 5-10x, making the system scalable to the 1ES main customers. My other focus for the past couple of years was working with people enabling the success of others. I was doing that through official and unofficial mentoring programs, peer programming, and code reviews. I was also focused on improving the inner processes to improve the productivity of the group as a whole.
