Building a network of campsites for a comfortable and affordable countryside holiday:Study of tourist flows based on data from Rosstat and other open sources, analysis of the experience of other countries, macroeconomic forecast of the effect on the economy and GDP growth from the project, preparation of a customer survey, product development and business case of a pilot project to build a network of campsites, preparation of documentation for obtaining financing and searching for investors.2. Service for business analytics of sales of the retail market in the context of a particular industry, product, and category or brand using receipt data and Internet resources:Development of the concept and functional architecture of the service. Negotiating with fiscal data operators (FDO) for the purpose of purchasing test check data, preprocessing and preliminary analysis of the received test data using Python to confirm the hypothesis, preparing documentation for submitting an application and obtaining project financing in the Fund of Strategic Initiatives. In parallel with the preparation of the project, I completed the Yandex Practicum course “Big Data Analysis Tools”.3. Creation of a new business line in brick-and-mortar acquiring for an existing Financial Institution (NCO - non-banking credit organization):Analysis of the non-cash payments market and search for new business opportunities for NCOs in the field of land-based acquiring, development of a business model and service concept, presentation and testing of hypotheses with potential NCO clients.
