Superviser le processus de consolidation du reporting ESG annuel, incluant la collecte d’informations et de données, l’assurance qualité des données et la vérification externe, afin de répondre aux obligations réglementaires en matière de reporting ESG, notamment la Directive européenne sur le reporting de durabilité des entreprises (CSRD) et les normes ESRS.Évaluer les risques liés aux contrôles internes et à la gouvernance. ABOUT SERGE VOROPAEV
Sergey is an executive level leader with 18+ years’ experience in operations, sustainability, supply chain and business development. Multicultural and multilingual, his career has spanned North America, Europe, Middle East and Central Asia in the energy, consulting, education and IT industries. This has taken place with corporations (Schlumberger, Subsea7) and as Co-Founder of a start-up (SMS Spanish Experience). Sergey is a lifelong learner. Further to a Master of Science in Engineering from Moscow Bauman Technical University, he has acquired a broad transferable skillset through continuing education in Leadership, Finance and Human Relations. Sergey is seeking opportunities to apply his leadership skills and experience in a challenging environment. A highlight during his career in the energy sector was at Schlumberger in Russia. Appointed General Director, he was designated to manage a newly acquired entity with a poor financial performance and decreasing market share. Ruble devaluation of 100% put additional pressure on the margins. Developing a detailed business model, he created a financial digital twin with AI-capabilities to test different strategies effecting prognostic analysis of cost changes. The implementation led to significant financial gains. In other roles, Sergey interfaced with regulators and government entities in Qatar, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan addressing issues such as safety and compliance. Sergey is passionate about pushing the agenda for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI). Specifically, at Schlumberger, he increased the female manager level from 9% to 15%. This took place in a very conservative industry. Additionally, he championed more women in the management team hiring and developing female engineers for senior roles. In supporting more nationality diversity, he engaged with universities to recruit and develop local talent. Sergey Co-Founded two successful start-ups, taking both from pre-seed to growth stage. At SMS Spanish Experience, a language school in Spain, he designed the concept, business plan, and secured startup investment. He also implemented AI and digital tools such as chat bot for registration and a CRM model for sales leads. Opening in 2016, the break-even point was attained in one year. Due to an excellent reputation and partnership agreements with several companies such as The Student Marketing Company, Yes Atlas and IEC abroad, the school survived during the COVID crisis and is operating successfully.
