Technical supervision as a representative of the Client at all stages of construction- Checking of As-Built documentation- Checking of Permission documentation- Working with Representatives of RTN (RosTechNadzor) and Author Supervision- Working with ITP, WMS, Technical charts and procedures for steel structures, piping and equipment: review and approval- Reviewing and signing of all the necessary records and reports, Hidden works acts, Critical structures acts- Coordination with QA/QC Manager, QC Supervisors/inspectors Contractors for progressive inspection and testing. Ensuring that there are no unqualified issues- Monitoring inspection and quality control activities to ensure conformance to QC requirements and project procedure of such disciplines as: Steel Structures, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel pipes, Duplex, Heaters, Coils, Reformer and pipe supports as requested CTR by RFI- Indicated Top Manager to ensure that the implementation of quality control activities complies with procedures, specifications and drawings- Coordination of QC Inspectors as a representative of the Client for performing of in-process inspection, before and after fabrication or erection. Attending fit-up & visual inspection at shop, field fabrication and tie-in connection, verifying if accepted or rejected base on project acceptance criteria; monitoring the chart of preheat for control purposes- Participating in PQR and Welders qualification tests in as per Project Procedure and Standards requirements- Checking of NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT) work- Participate Destructive Testing for qualification Welding Technology and Welders- Checking Sandblasting and measuring thicknesses of paint- Responsibility for implementation of HSE plans and necessary HSE requirements- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports, issuance of Non-Conformance Reports, NDE, Repair rate of welders.
