I currently manage the strategic and commercial development of Consumer Beauty fragrance brands within the DACH region:• Driving business planning, client-specific marketing strategies, P&L and budget management, and 4P initiatives to maximize brand performance and ensure strong market execution while maintaining portfolio profitability.• I lead two largest promotion-based building blocks: occasion-based gifting, including Xmas activations, and the discounter activation strategy.• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply—I ensure the seamless execution of category strategies, POS activations, and secondary placements across key retail clients• Additionally, I support key account management by providing strategic insights, initiative planning, and sales argumentation.
