BizBaby is a culmination of different idea\'s and projects since 2014. It wasn\'t clear what was product we wanted to work on, however it was always crystal clear who was the customer. Small Businesses! Communicating with customers has not changed much since the invention of telephone in 1876 and creation of gmail in 2004, at least for small businesses. While large organizations enjoy the efficiency and economy of scale with dedicated teams and call center software, small businesses rely on the same old ways as over 100 years ago. BizBaby is designed to bring the efficiency and functionality to a small business of any scale by enabling calling, texting and emailing and managing your customer service or sales employees from any computer or a smart phone.
