Mr. Kolmykov is an Intellectual Property litigator and counselor selected for inclusion in Superlawyers Magazine’s Metro Edition for Intellectual Property Litigation in 20••••25. Mr. Kolmykov has also been named to the IAM Strategy 300 List in 20••••25, recognizing top 300 IP strategists in the World.A registered attorney before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Mr. Kolmykov is involved in all areas of intellectual property practice, concentrating on patent copyright and trademark infringement litigation in district court, before the Federal Circuit and the ITC.
