ABOUT SERGEY DUSHIN
Engineer, researcher, R&D manager. Working in telecom and electronics industries since 2007. Experience in HW and system SW development, DSP algorithm design, R&D management, architecture, hiring. Applications: Carrier/Industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP networks, network security (NGFW, IDS, IPS, DPI), IoT (data collection, visualization, analysis), underwater wireless communication. My personal interest is to design state-of-the-art and/or innovative telecom/network equipment. Due to working on R&D management and system architect positions, I have broad outlook in electronics, software development and telecommunications. As an engineer I\'m an expert in electronics hardware design and system software. My research interests include DSP (especially adaptive filtering), modulation/demodulation techniques and PHY systems design for underwater and wireless communications.
