In charge of Industrial and tertiary telecommunication projects / Designing solutions on behalf of non-interconnected zones to the power grid within DSEI (Direction des Systèmes Energétiques Insulaires) which includes Corsica/Guadeloupe/Martinique/Reunion Island and French Guyana - In charge to find and assess a gateway solution to convert HNZ protocol into IEC104 to ours Remote controlled devices towards our SCADA over VHF radio networks interconnected to our MPLS network (made of optical fiber / micorawave radio relay) and over PSTN. Then, PSTN will be decommissioned to be replaced by 4G and communication will be fully in IEC104- Finding out telecom solutions for micro-grids (PhotoVoltaic/Wind farm + Battery storage) and LAN designing- Decommissioning analog leased lines for the benefit of private optical fiber network for teleaction over High voltage network- Renewal of Hydro MAN switches and HV/MV Substation switches - SD-WAN proof of concept with French Guyana/Reunion Island - Private LTE (low latency needed for teleprotection) proof of concept to come in 2024
