It is an experience place combining education, entertainment, and retail, a place where a variety of different activities in technical science, sports, and hobby gathered under one roof. Recent trends such as an increase of On-Line everything, work done remotely, and at the same time the decline of the brick & mortar retail and out-of-home entertainment, was significantly accelerated by the COVID-19.In this light, the need for a new concept similar to Arena STEM becomes compelling for the remaining shopping centers in order to maintain the public interest and traffic, for the manufacturers as a part of the Omnichannel marketing and sales, and for the consumers that will be confined to spend much more time at home.
