About Serge Kasongo
Greetings!I began my career in the telecommunications industry as a front line technician. I built a strong aptitude for acquiring new skills as well as demonstrating the ability to drive great results individually and through various teams. I have had the privilege and honor of being able to serve customers in the very same communities I have lived in to date. I\'ve also enjoyed contributing through youth development programs. Leadership and professional development are passions of mine and I hope to continue paying it forward as it was done for me by the great leaders I\'ve encountered through the years. I have served as Supervisor of Installation & Service for the Comcast Philadelphia Metro area handling various large scale projects like the Papal Visit in 2015. Entering 2016 my role as West Division Technical Operations Manager I, was responsible for the tools, training and process improvement supporting more than 8,100 front-line employees. In late 2017 and entering 2018, my role as Manager of Installation & Service was my first opportunity to lead leaders with an organization of over 150 employees. We enjoyed much success and growth before I moved back to Philadelphia as Manager of National Field of Operations. Today, I serve as Director of National Fields Operations, overseeing the residential tools, training and process for thousands of technicians and their leaders across the company.
