My role is an essential component to planning and ensuring timely execution of new client implementations and existing client activities and re-implementations Responsible for owning a project timeline and for improvement projects that are critical to the success of all current and future Blackhawk clients I held accountable for managing teamwork process for anywhere from 20-30 new and existing clients Building cross-functional and self-organize team to ensure that goal is completed. Coaching product owner to create and manipulate Gantt charts, to have a vision that draws in the needs of multiple stakeholders to achieve buy-in and shared understanding. Facilitating discussions and conflict resolution, organize meeting. Providing all support to the team using my excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Identifying and removing roadblocks to teams working progress. Guiding scrum teams in establishing normalized estimating. Utilizing JIRA to track and effectively communicate team velocity, burn down charts and sprint/release progress to the team. Successfully helping Scrum team transition from waterfall into scrum framework
