Serge is lead Oliver Wyman representative on the Outreach & Communications sub-group of the Sterling Risk Free Rate Working Group and the LIBOR Conduct Working Group of the FMSB. Serge is also leading Oliver Wyman\'s Lending Transformation platform, supporting banks in enhancing their corporate and commercial lending propositions, operating model and infrastructure to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and returns. During 2018/19, Serge led a global initiative to incubate data & analytics solutions within Oliver Wyman, establishing start-up like approach and operating model. Serge was co-head of London Core Consulting Group (CCG) from 2013-19, responsible for utilisation, performance management and talent management of 100-150 consultants from joining to when they join specialist practice groups (after ~3-4 years).
