Serge is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Corporate & Institutional Banking and Finance and Risk practices, based in London. He work across the full range of wholesale banking businesses, with a focus on corporate and commercial banking and Fixed Income. He is responsible for coverage and business development at major universal banks in the UK and Netherlands. Key areas of expertise: • Strategy – fact-based approach to development of division, product and segment strategy • Capability development and operating model design –process re-engineering, organisational design, tool development, infrastructure and management information design • Financial resource management and credit portfolio management • Risk management, with particular focus on credit risk management • Risk-adjusted profitability analytics and pricing • Performance management and incentives • Conduct and controls, with a particular focus on FICC markets and financial benchmarks Serge is currently leading Oliver Wyman\'s global LIBOR Transition platform, supporting banks in navigating the conduct, financial and execution risks associated with this industry-wide challenge. Serge is lead Oliver Wyman representative on the Outreach & Communications sub-group of the Sterling Risk Free Rate Working Group and the LIBOR Conduct Working Group of the FMSB. Serge is also leading Oliver Wyman\'s Lending Transformation platform, supporting banks in enhancing their corporate and commercial lending propositions, operating model and infrastructure to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and returns. During 2018/19, Serge led a global initiative to incubate data & analytics solutions within Oliver Wyman, establishing start-up like approach and operating model. Serge was co-head of London Core Consulting Group (CCG) from 2013-19, responsible for utilisation, performance management and talent management of 100-150 consultants from joining to when they join specialist practice groups (after ~3-4 years).
