36 years of Telecom Satellite business in Airbus Défense and Space. Starting with ADCS, I have managed all engineering teams ( system engineering & validation, mechanical,thermal electrical, avionics, power, mechanical platform, propulsion, repeater, antenna). I was in charge of delivering antennas and mechanical platform. As head of product assurance, I had the duty to declare satellites « good for fligth «. Since 2012 head of programmes with full responsibility of customer interface. During 20 years in chargé of Telecom Satellites improvement ( audited by Airbus Group and ranked as benchmark) Main assets: leadership, réseau, deep knowledge of Space business, out of the box solutions, working together, customer oriented, informal and technic communication, négociation, setting condition for success, building efficient organisation.
