About Serena Viti

Serena Viti is currently an official at the Holy See\'s Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. She is passionate about serving the Church and working at the intersection of Catholic Social Teaching and economic development, building sustainable, ethical, and inclusive economic solutions in light of the Gospel and the dignity of each person, the whole person. In the past, she was a Fulbright Scholar working on development and women\'s economic empowerment in Mauritius, off the east coast of Africa. She is an experienced foreign policy analyst, researcher, and consultant with a demonstrated history of working in business, economics, and foreign affairs. She received a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance summa cum laude from The Catholic University of America and is a recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award.
